HOW MUCH OF THE BUILDING IS CO-LIVING?

Only around 20% of apartments are 2-3 bedrooms/bathrooms in our Rent By Bedroom program. The vast majority of homes are traditional rent-the-whole-place setups, attainably priced with incredible amenities in the best location. 

HOW DOES LEASING WORK?

Each resident has your own lease and pays your individual rent. All applications are reviewed and approved independently in accordance with The Fair Housing Act.

WHAT ABOUT UTILITIES?

Each resident is billed separately for your portion of utilities based on unit occupancy (i.e. 1/3 of internet and power for a fully occupied3-bedroom unit).

CAN I PICK MY ROOMATES?

You can bring roommates with you and each lease an available bedroom. However, the Community Management team will fill any vacant bedrooms with new residents who have approved applications and sign the Roommate Code of Conduct.

WHAT COMES FURNISHED?

A thoughtfully curated collection with everything you need to live comfortably, except clothes and toiletries. The living area has a couch, coffee table, TV and dining set. Bedrooms have a bed, mattress, night stand, and built-in closets. Kitchens are fully stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans and bakeware. We add a few other touches too so it feels like home.

WHAT IS SHARED VS PRIVATE SPACE?

​All roommates have your own private bedroom AND bathroom with digital lock. The kitchen and living areas are shared.

CAN I BRING A PET?

WHAT IF I AM UNCOMFORTABLE LIVING WITH MY ROOMATES?

​You can relocate to a comparable bedroom in a different unit with 60 days notice. Fees may apply.
